Sony release Android 4.0 ICS update for Sony Tablet S

Sony Tablet S owner’s must be happy now because Sony has release Android 40 ICS update for Sony Tablet S.

First Sony Tablet S owner in Mexico has reporting on the receipt of the update, Sony App page also confirmed on the select the availability of the update.

As with most updates are distributed phased roll-out, so it is premature to say exactly when Sony S tablet owners in Europe will receive the update. Sony is saying that the upgrade should be completed within one month.

I think it’s at least a model that meets the promise of Sony and Sony is one of the first major manufacturer that rolling out the update to Android ICS.

Amazon Kindle Fire demand greater than iPad

Soon the Amazon Kindle Fire in the United States will come on the market and thanks to its low price and the wide range of books, movies and music, could the 7-inch tablet from Amazon be more successful than the iPad from Apple. Lenovo Aims to Sell up to 2 Million Tablets in 2011

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 Short Test Video

Samsung today has unveiled Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 at the IFA in Berlin , which is pretty impressive specifications and also looks great. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 is very thin and lightweight, it is by far the slimmest 7-inch tablet, which was previously announced. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 puts a 1.4 GHz dual-core Cortex A9 processor, 1GB of RAM and depending on the version has 16 to 64GB storage. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 using super AMOLED display with 1280×800 pixels resolution – otherwise, other 7 inches Tablet only has 1024×600 or 800×480 pixels display. The operating system is preinstalled Android 3.2 Honeycomb with Samsung TouchWiz UI. About the softwares, there’s nothing new to report, there are just the preinstalled apps from Samsung such as the social hub or reader. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has done a very good impression, however, the home screen sometimes lag a little. But the tablet also seems to be still a prototype, when Galaxy Tab 7.7 will appear and its price not yet known.
